If your items do not meet your expectations on or off the court, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoe box is protected inside a separate shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
